`generate_strategy`

Use AI to generate a complete trading strategy from a natural language description. Describe your trading idea and FORGE AI will write the code, set the parameters, and prepare it for backtesting. **Charges Strategy Lab wallet:** $0.50 per experiment, plus $0.10 per extra pair on multi-pair runs, up to $27 per optimization. Agents should preflight the user's wallet balance via `check_auth` or pass `acknowledgeCost: true`.
